I live in a semi detached bungalow type property their courtyard yard is at the back of my building and openreach have installed equipment on my wall and run wires along the whole back end of my property, I was not informed about this my neighbour and I don't talk

Is it acceptable to have openreach drill into my outside walls to put in new broadband etc for my neighbours
