  1. Yep. In no particular order. Thankfully the house will be empty when we do most of the work. I'm still at a very early stage. We've not completed yet but I'm trying to do as much research as I can to make sure I'm well informed when I start talking to builders, contractors etc. Thanks for the reply 🙂
  2. I'm looking at external EPS insulation + render fitted. What happens to the cavity weep holes? Are they just blocked over since it's unlikely that the wall will absorb moisture due to the fitment of the EPS over the top? Thanks all Adam.
  3. Hello everyone, Just introducing myself: I'm in the process of purchasing a house. It was built in the early 1970s and sorely needs upgrading. My aims are: Get off gas and install an ASHP with underfloor heating with solar and battery storage. Improve the insulation Rewire the house New glazing It's a pretty substantial amount of work but hopefully we'll have somewhere nice to live afterwards. Happy New Year Adam.
