I'm part way through installing an MVHR system. I've seen pretty cheap anemometers for sale and was going to use one to set everything up. Are they not up to the job? (I'm not having a BC inspection)

Semi-retirement & downsizing. IMO it's far easier to build from scratch rather than renovate. Excepting that the paperwork has become so burdensome.

Hello all, I've been a serial house renovator since the early 80's. I finally purchase a plot of land in 2006 and self-built my current house. Thinking about downsizing and would prefer to build again rather than buy an existing property. Looking for a plot and catching up with the latest build methods and tech available.
