Would £3.5 psm for tacking to pay the guys be reasonable?

Hi all I’m just starting g out pricing for plastering, we are starting to offer packages for boarding, plastering and decorating, my background is decorating but have started doing airless plastering about a year ago however, with the packages, I think I have some good rates but what should I pay the guys for meterage on dot and dab plus tacking? Thanks
