  1. @Mr Punter that makes sense, however we didn't think to take a picture during the viewing I can try and arrange another visit, or would it be better just to ask a roofer to come along to the viewing and take a look?
  2. Hi, We are looking at potentially buying a house that has a rear sloping tiled roof, which meets the sloping glass and uPVC roof of the 22 foot wide conservatory. There is a gap between the 2 roofs and there appears to be a narrow channel containing guttering in this gap, but it's not visible, even from the 1st floor rooms. We've been in the conservatory when it was raining, there are no obvious issues, but there was a lot of dripping and running water noises from the narrow channel. My worries are whether this is the "correct" way to join the two roofs, my head is saying it isn't. Also there is a lack of access to the guttering, so should this become blocked or a leak appear, it would be very difficult to resolve this due to the narrow channel and the width of the conservatory roof. Can anyone offer any advice on this please?
