extension is several rooms with internal block walls built from footings. plans say external walls with upstands. so just the cavity walls or internal block walls as well.
perimeter insulation on external walls. so what about internal block walls? they are on 100mm insulation so the concrete slab will be level with top of upstands / perimeter insulation 25mm
might put a few at 150mm from floor level so during build water can just drain out. I've not this done in the past like you and there's no tray required for radon etc.
Hi
From top of trench block to floor level is 225mm insulation will hit top of trench block. Does anyone put weep vents just above ground level incase cavity gets filled with water. Cannot find anything on NHBC site about this?
cheers
