Can anyone help me to understand the requirements below for part B . If you use a non fire rated door why does it have to be tradition timber and at least 32 thick within a protected corridor ?

Does solid concrete blockwork cavity walls do not have weep holes and cavity tray . I.e above the windows like a cavity wall with facing bricks?

Only have cavity tray above openings and anything bearing on the structure walls I,e beam or telescopic vent etc. the dpc shouldn’t bridge the cavity like as water will run along. Dpc top of the brickwork and block work
