  1. yeah i understand that it will need replaced and that is planned in the future, just looking for a way to get rid of the musty smell.
  2. Hi all I recently bought my first home and the Garage is attached to the front of the property. The garage has a flat roof and has had a bad leak in the past which has caused the roof wood to go mouldy. The leak has been fixed......mostly, there is still a very small leak that only leaks when there is a downpour (which is every other day in Scotland) There is no ventilation in the garage at all apart from the gaps around the up-and-over garage door. Will any amount of ventilation get rid of the smell and mould? I'm a car guy so will be spending a lot of time in the garage so would like it to not smell if possible. I know that the roof wood will probably need replaced soon, but I'm looking for a short term solution to hopefully get rid of the smell. Cheers Shug
