New to self build.
I was hoping somebody could help advise.
I am in process of potentially buying a plot, however planning approval was given March 2019, with a 3 year expiry.
There were some pre-commencement conditions, some of which were discharged March 2022 (within the 3 year period)
I understand if a start was made ie excavation, foundations, demolition this would mean planning will not have expired.
however, would the discharge of some pre-commencement conditions constitute an enactment of planning?
