  1. That's a relief. Shall monitor it from time to time. Many thanks!
  2. IMG_9541_Trim.mp4 Hello, This loud rumbling noise started over the weekend. Would it be motor bearing wear and tear? None of the fault lights are on. As far as I can tell air is still being extracted and supplied to respective vents. Tried to but did not manage to open the front panel so need to get an engineer out for a service repair but earliest appointment is mid Jan (just before I'm due to go abroad for 3 weeks). Am thinking to advance purchase the part to have this resolved ASAP; unit still under part warranty so could get refunded. Is it safe to keep it running? Would I risk water / condensation issues if I turn it off in this cold weather for 4-6 weeks? Please help! Many thanks in advance.
  3. I’m in a new build that was only completed 3 years ago. So this is max 3 years accumulation / damages. Can I just clean it off? Or the pipes need changing?
  4. Opened the heat interface unit (I think that’s what it’s called) to read my heating meter, and noticed there’s mainly green (and some white) crusts on pipe joints. Some of it flakes off with just a light brush, but does not come off completely. Is it something to worry about?
