    Planning is in place to start 200 sqm self build late 2023 on a hillside site with stunning views but tricky access. Renovated a 150 year old cottage before but otherwise definitely beginners. Looking to complete grunt work ourselves and engage experts for technical stuff. Most likely ICF at this stage.

    Wondering if anyone had an answer to this. Similar issue where we are doing majority of own work so not covered by contractor insurance.
