BMV

Does anybody know how I go about adjusting the butt hinges on this old UPVC door (pivot up, over the middle hinge)? The door has dropped (I can see daylight through the top!), and lock is v. stiff to operate (when door is closed only). Tried looking at videos online, but they all seem to suggest an Alan key, and their gingers look different to my hinges… thanks in advance, BMV (forum newbie)
