  1. Thank you! Yes, I have looked, but personally I find them rather unclear.
  2. Hi everyone! Right now I struggle to understand how the flow rate in each room is controlled. For example, let's suppose that the supply flow rate is 200m3/h, and the supply ducts goes to different rooms, like living room, bedroom, etc. How do I make sure that the air flow rate at each room terminal is the desired flow rate? Imagine that I want to supply 30m3/h of fresh air to my room while 40 m3/h to the room next to me, how is that difference in flow rate controlled? I'm using MVHR radial arrangement.
  3. That looks so beautiful!! I guess I'm just gonna stick with autocad then
  4. It's not that I can't use AutoCAD, but the produces drawing is just not as beautiful as the picture I showed. Regarding Adobe Illustrator and Affinity Designer, I have never heard of those. I will see how they work, thank you for sharing!
  5. Well we did use AutoCAD but I don't think AutoCAD can produce that drawing (at least I don't think so)
  6. Hello everyone! I'm wondering if there are any free software where I can draw my designed ventilation duct work. Something like the following picture (taken from the internet):
  7. Hi everyone! I'm wondering if there are any regulations on CO2 level in British standards. I've found some American standards, but my uni project is in the UK therefore I'd be grateful if anyone could provide any British regulations.
  8. oh I didn't know such thing existed, thank you! I think for my project, one run should be enough.
  9. Hello everyone! I am currently in a university final year project, where I am responsible for the design of the MVHR system. I am completely new to this, and I have been stuck in this for quite a while. I already have the extract and supply air flow rates, what should be next? Should I start sizing the ducts (deciding there radii)? Or is there any other thing I should do?
