Hello, new to this forum. We recently just moved into our forever home. Bungalow was built in 1982 and has had a few extensions through the 90s. All ceilings are smooth apart from the hall. Does this look like artex? Was wondering if it’s worth getting a survey done.

Have recently moved into our dream forever home, an older property that we will be doing work to over the next few years. House was built in 1982 so there are a few things that we can do immediately to make it more energy efficient etc.
