Hi all After some advice please. I am in the process of purchasing a property and on the survey it has been flagged that rain and soil pipe has been put into one pipe. How easy would it be to resolve this please? and costs approximately? The property we are purchasing they created an en-suite so I am guessing it may be from that. i have attached details from the survey
