Hi all, First post as we are hopefully about to embark on a new project. Although not new to building renovation I am going to be doing a fair proportion of the work myself this time potentially outside of being employed by my company which makes a difference to obtaining insurance as far as I have been informed by the usual companies offering renovation insurance. Wondered if anyone can recommend an insurance company that will also insure me in case of accident on site and not being able to complete the works myself and having to get trades in to do so? Having made numerous calls I am not sure such a policy exists? Thanks in advance!
