It is only for a chalet bungalow. I was also confused why not included with the architects drawings and needs additional drawings.

Hi I am based in Hertfordshire and have quoted £1500 + VAT for these drawings. This seems quite expensive. How much has everyone else paid for these drawings? Recommendations appreciated. Cheers

Hi Do any building merchants provide a relatively accurate price for building materials? I am based in St Albans and have access to a lot of building merchants. I heard Travis Perkins offer this service, but wondered whether other builders merchants do this. I am building a chalet bungalow. Any advice appreciated. TIA IM

Hi I am due to start building a chalet bungalow soon. The builder we are employing says that he has his own insurance. I will clarify the insurance that our builder has. He will be the project manager of the construction. The property is a corner plot and a new deed has been created for the chalet bungalow. What insurance should I get to cover the build? I am planning to get a warranty for the property from Build-Zone. This is my first build, so learning as I go along. Any advice appreciated. Cheers IM
