Hi everybody, I was fortunate to buy my 1st house 4 years ago. I'm only the 2nd owner since it was built in the 60's so I knew what I was getting myself in for... or at least I thought I did! Keeping a business afloat through the last couple of years took priority and being a perfectionist isn't always helpful. Many lessons and a planning enforcement notice later I'm finally moving in the right direction again. Looking forward to having a warm home in time winter.
