  1. Hi I would appreciate your feedback on the drain configurations outlined in the drawing. Option 1 is our preferred layout. However, I'm concerned about whether the WC connection with a long radius will effectively connect to the existing combined drain. I am avoiding the drain connection directly to the manhole. If this isn't feasible, Option 2 retains the WC in its current location. Option 1 offers more space, which is important for me as an ambulant person. Due to space constraints, achieving Doc M compliance isn't possible, but I am satisfied with Option 1's layout. The walk-in shower will measure 1200 x 900mm. I would appreciate your thoughts on the proposed drainage setup. It's worth noting that only one house drains into my manhole before it continues to connect four houses down the line to the sewer on the road. Please let me know your views on the drainage proposal. 2. Thank you Temp. We will be connecting to the existing 100 dia upvc soil vent pipe which serves 4 floors above. We are on the lower ground floor. We need advice how we connect into the existing svp at 190mm above the floor level. What looks like an access point! Also we need to slightly offset the new horizontal soil pipe to connect into existing svp. Any suggestions?
  3. Thank you onoff and temp. I think as temp suggested I need a straight pipe to start off from wc. Can this be cut? I have only 290mm from back of wc to face of horizontal drain to get all the bends in. Thanks
  4. Hello experts My daughter is re configuring her flat and would appreciate your advice on wall hung WC pan (Geberit frame) connection to the new horizontal 110 dia upvc drain. The new horizontal will be connected to the existing vertical soil vent pipe in the corner as shown on the drawings which already has a boss connection. The distance I have between the back of WC pan and the new horizontal drain is 290 but would prefer if this can be reduced so that I can increase the width of the shower room! Can you please advise me on all appropriate bend fittings she will require to purchase. Plan.pdf Thank you all ash Section XX.pdf
