Hi guys. I’ve recently acquired a 2 bedroom 1920s detached bungalow sitting on acre of land. I’m thinking of extending the current bungalow and adding a second storey onto it with the addition of a loft conversion. I’m not sure how much it’s going to cost or if it’s worth doing. I’ve attached a few images of what I want the bungalow to look like & the current state of the bungalow at the moment. The current floor space is 1500 square feet and with the extension and the addition of the second storey it will be around 2500 square feet. Anyone have any rough pricing ideas? By the way I’m brand new to this so apologies in advance if I sound stupid. Thanks
