Arrenite Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Hi folks I have two new chimneys. They have got quite bad yellow crud on the lead. Does anyone know the cause please, and how I can treat it. I don’t know if patination was applied to the lead. There is some efflorescence - white - which washed off with a stiff brush and water. cheers, Arenite
