DIY kitchen extractor - externally mounted

I bought centrifugal fan known and sold in the UK as monsoon UEC100 but it's the same as VCN100. It has 190mm centrifugal AC fan from Blauberg. Installed outside and connected to 1.5m galv ducting with 1 90degree bend.

It's not finished yet and at full speed the noise in the kitchen is ok but the it's too noisy outside. Having done some research about reducing the speed I realised it would be better to have EC fan so that I don't have buzzing speed controller in the kitchen.

Tbh I don't want speed controller at all as the walls are finished so I may just use resistors to slow the fan permanently to acceptable level.

Anyway, given I want to swap the motor with a EC fan Im thinking whether to buy something with better parameters but blauberg offers number of different fans with different parameters. Is there a specific one that would optimize the performance and noise?
