Does anyone need a cabin.    Finished our ICF build.    free to a good home.   Located in Kingston KT2.

 

lights and sockets work, running water to kitchen tap and toilet/sink.

 

Seating for 12, small kitchenette.

 

Roof needs bit of TLC there is a small leak in toilet room, we currently collect in a bucket.   When we got it we put a DPM on the roof 2 years ago - seems to be at end of it's life - cost £80 from screwfix.   If i was keeping i would put an EPDM/rubber roof on, cost c 400 lasts for years.
