Lean to/shelter

HI,

I need advise please. I have nearly finished building a wooden lean to/shelter at the rear of my semi detached house. I have done it within permitted development and did read up on building regs but I have found out that if its non combustable material and within a metre of boundary then it needs building regs.

Is this correct ?
