rachjono Posted June 4 Posted June 4 Short version is: had some disability adjustments to the house and the garden was left a bomb site due to diggers etc plus my autistic son enjoys the garden and we wanted it back to a state that he can enjoy being outside in. We used all our savings to do this for him. Cowboy building- laid on spot beds, paid cash-found out he is not a legitimate company-not got a change of reclaiming any funds The patio was grouted with pavetuff which has left a coating on the slabs(I have been told this can be removed with resin remover) or it will fade in time but I don't have time-my neighbour can be a bit of an a*** and I think he is going to get someone in to spray paint our hit and miss panels (obviously this would go all into my garden and onto the patio and path I have and stain the indian stone as it hasn't been sealed. so please can anyone help me, can I remove the resin, then clean and seal with Thompsons wet look sealer as when the slabs are wet the spot bed marks are less noticable? The patio is also 40sq so quite big, would I be best doing this in 2 sessions. I was told to wash the patio with hypochlorite leave for 2 weeks of full sun then seal but surely in that two weeks a bird will poop and the patio will be dirty again? So any help would be appreciated as I need to try get it sealed before the summer in case he spray paints the fences,
