I’m an undergraduate student at the University of Portsmouth, currently researching energy-efficient retrofits in residential listed buildings for my dissertation. The study focuses on how the current UK policy framework affects retrofit projects and how the process might be improved—while preserving the heritage value of these properties.

I’m looking to hear from:

• Owners or occupiers of listed buildings

• Professionals involved in listed building projects

• Contractors with hands-on experience working on listed properties
