Motor spec of Nuaire MRXBOX95B-LP1 MVHR

Dear all,

I have a ceiling mounted Nuaire MVHR that's giving worsen noise and a serviceman told me the motor bearing is gone. However they told me today that this model is obsolete and only way is replace the whole unit. I wonder if anyone here happen to know what motor model is used in this unit without me attempting to dismantle to find out? So that I can go source a replacement motor or bearing.

 

The MVHR model is:
