Chimney removed - Dry verge does not look good

Can you let me know if this chimney removal has been finished correctly.

1. The dry verge is not covering the new tiles correctly

2. The coping is not lined up with the top tile - also cement has been used to keep dry verge in place.

3. The side ridge tiles are not nailed in place.

 

Under the 2015 consumer act I feel that it should be repeated.

 

Can you make some helpful suggestions regarding the quality of the work carried out
