I'm joining the forum to look for support and advice on a range of issues but also hope to support and encourage others where possible.

 

My wife and I are having another go at planning permission for a replacement house here in the Forest of Dean. We have a site and 1960s bungalow which has served its time. We need advice on utilities (electricity supply), demolition and many aspects of the replacement/rebuild which we want to have a low impact environmentally and to make the most from the site.
