Hi,

Found this forum searching for information about the Samsung gen6 controller, with Joule cylinder. Ours has the 'water law' values reversed, as highlighted by another thread, so I'll sort that out-thank you!

 

Our controller is set for 'Economic' DHW mode, which should maintain the DHW temperature within 5 Deg of the setpoint. However, the DHW temperature is often below this. Any suggestions?

 

Also, does anyone know if there are firmware updates which might fix any issues, and how they would be applied-what equipment would be needed to do the update? I found some firmware files on Joule's website, but they all say 'Version 1', which implies there are no updates available?
