Sample contract / agreement.

We are hoping to start our extension/renovation project soon. 

 

Initially we were thinking of getting each individual trades to do each job etc but now may have someone that could do the bulk of the work. 

 

Does anybody have a sample template contract / payment schedule we could look at. I am trying to put something together, so that I can sit with the builder and finalise the details. 

 

I know they may draw me one up, but want to try and cover all angles, more so to protect myself and not end up paying too much along the way, whereby if they walk off the job, they lose nothing.
