Hello, Thank you for letting me join the forum. 

We broke ground on our ICF self build near Newmarket in March 22. Currently at first fix, cant believe its taken over 2 years!

Hoping to learn lots about ASHP, MVHR etc in the coming months.

Hi. We are just fresh out of the planning stage so hoping to break ground on our timber frame home soon. Guess two years is not normal for ICF foundation to first fix?

We started our timber frame in August 22 & still have a long way to go yet.

Sure it has taken longer than the naive 18 months planned, but it has been a great journey. Hopefully my familly will stay patient for a while yet!
