Anyone else searching for a plot in South East Wales?

*tumbleweed* ... The regional section is so quiet, particularly the Welsh bit! 

 

I'm searching for a plot for a self-build somewhere in within about 15 miles of Cardiff.

 

In my search so far I've come across a few  plots which are both bigger than I need and more expensive than I can afford...

 

I thought it might be worth leaving a note here to see if anyone is in a similar position and would like to potentially team up? Potentially a pair or small group of plot-hunters might be able to access a wider range of options? 

 

I'm definitely not looking to start a full co-op community, I would potentially be interested in some degree of collaboration though. 

 

Am flexible on most details, happy to discuss by DM. My budget for land is around £125k for an 'ideal' plot with services provided.
