PNAmble Posted March 2 Share Posted March 2 (edited) There are a few about but the problem is they aren’t ’easy plots’ we and our builder underestimated our ground works which included a 3 meter retaining wall and 5m above sea level and on a significant slope, but we shared the risk based on the SI report, so apart from a 4-6 week delay due to weather we are progressing well. Currently have plot and planning permission, working on pre-commencement and need to get into everything else.
