Olka
Hi all, I'm about to apply for planning permission for a timber frame kit-type house. I'm comparing 2 possible kits - Scotframe - Blackbird 2bed kit from £36k - self build, exterior cladding not included. And The Tiny House Co. Jay 2 bed Eco - Lodge. ECO-DELUXE £151,950 - Off grid ready & delivered to site, But only has a 10 year structural warranty. So my question is - how much extra would it cost me to have someone erect the Scotframe including external cladding - or - is it cheaper to go with the Tiny House? Many thanks
diarmidR
Hi Olka, worth shopping around for SIP kits in Scotland, we had quite a big difference between budgetary quotes from different SIP suppliers.
