Hi everyone,

I have a Keddy 815 chimney installed in 2011 by the previous owners of the house. We moved into the house about 3 years ago, and have been using the fireplace with no problem. Just last week, I noticed a dripping of water in the back side of the pipe. At the same time, condensation is starting to form just above the chimney around the pipe. I have attached pictures that show both. The chimney was swept this fall and was all good.

Any suggestion where might be the problem?

Thanks all!
