Gable and dormer rendering in loft conversion

Hi there.

 

I originally had plans to tile the gable end specifically as we had plans to extend to the side at a later date, but have decided that we won't ever do that whilst mid build.

 

The original makeup of the wall called for ply outside, 100 PIR between the studs and 50 inside, then plasterboard.

 

I'm having a large amount of trouble with getting information on putting EWI and then rendering on top as a solution.   I know hybrid roofs are a cagey topic, am I heading for a similar response with what I can see as a "hybrid wall"?
