Dormer Mineral Felt Roof - Solar Reflective Paint

I recently purchased Solar Reflective paint based on a recommendation from a local roofing materials company. Although I was in a hurry at the time, I noticed that the paint doesn't specify compatibility with mineral felt roofs upon closer inspection.

 

I reached out to Cromar, and they mentioned that while the paint isn't designed specifically for mineral felt, it should still work effectively for my intended purpose, which is to reflect light onto bifacial solar panels and reduce heat on the dormers.

 

Could someone with experience in mineral felt roofs and this type of paint confirm if this should be suitable?
