Vent Axia MVHR - Dead on arrival?

We have 2 x Vent Axia MVHR, the bigger unit (Sentinel Kinetic Plus B) is not powering on in any capaity.

 

Vent Axia are saying 10 days+ for an engineer to come and have a look, but they were very surprised to hear it had failed as they are all line tested before dispatch apparently.

 

Has anyone had one DoA, any thoughts on what I could try? PCB Fuse looks OK, as do the connections & everything else I can see on the board....

Have you broken any seals by opening your new unit?  Are they new?

Warranty might be void. now.

Nope, opened it as per their instructions. They were very casual, and their suggestions was to send me the PCB for me to replace. 

 

Turns out not needed, it was a miss wired  BMS switch that was simply stopped it turning on at all. Disconnecting this resolved it straight away, then fault finding the wiring showed I'd caught two wires together. All sorted
