SlivenClod Posted June 28, 2023 Share Posted June 28, 2023 Some suggestions on waterproofing please. The flat roof to the garage is to form part of the patio. I feel the spec for the waterproofing proposed by the architect is inadequate. I also have concerns about insulation below the planter. The load bearing is provided by the beam and block flooring and I intend to build a fall towards the back of the garage where ity picks up draing form the rest of the patio. All this below porcelain tiles on pedestals The garage will have minimal heating. The two sections have conflicting text detail on the buid up, which doesn't help.
