Laboure prices are set to jump up again I’ve two sites for two of the uks largest contractors Both had little choice but to up lift material prices by 17% But have voluntarily given our rates an up lift 12%+5% Back dated to January 1St 

They could have stood firm and said you have a three year contract with an annual 5% increase 

 

Since the lockdown attitudes have drastically changed Its very difficult to get people to do weekends or nights 

730pm and I’m just leaving for home 

I set off each morning at 630!am
