Can I build a workshop or a garage with concrete commons?

As the title suggests, can I build a workshop with concrete common bricks?

 

Was thinking of using a mortar dye to make the white of the commons stand out, but am not sure if I can even build a workshop with common bricks.

 

Would definitely be easier on the pocket if I could
