Hello and Happy New Building for 2023

Hi - I’ve been lurking on these forums on and off over the past 4 years and thought it was high time to participate fully!  There is such a lot of useful knowledge and expertise here, which has certainly helped my understanding of the challenges facing self-builders.  Thank you.

 

We are at the very early stages of trying to make our home more sustainable (among many other goals). So probably more on the renovation side rather than build. Although, we are also exploring the option of knocking down and rebuilding.  Which would be very exciting.

 

I look forward to learning even more in 2023 and hope to see the project take off.
