I am looking for assistance in setting up my Emporia energy equipment correctly. The Emporia support team is great but our correspondence has stagnated to a halt with partly myself to blame!

 

Ideally I would like to connect with anyone relatively local to me (Cambridge, UK) who can either offer hand on support.

 

I look forward to anyone reaching out who is qualified or experienced to offer this assistance. I'd be of course happy to compensate for any time and effort.

Welcome to the forum. Generally how these forums work is you describe the issue and people here will try and help. This way others can also benefit from the advice, and chip in if the conversation triggers more ideas. 

(The forum is explicitly not for professional trades people to canvas for work, so in theory you shouldn't get any offers to help out of bound....)

 

Ah thanks for responding Joth. One issue I have is double the KW reading out of the nested emporia. Another issue is trying to figure out the different circuits available. I will have to persevere with finding an expert local to me who can help.
