Advice on insulating under a suspended wooden floor

First post- already found some very useful advice by searching on this forum.

I am planning to put in underfloor insulation in two ground floor rooms with suspended wooden floors. I cannot easily take up the floor boards so I plan to install the insulation from the underfloor space. The underfloor areas are reasonably well ventilated with four air bricks under each room. Following some reading I am proposing to use a fairly simple approach using Rockwool flexi or similar to squeeze between the joists and then fixing a breathable, wind tight membrane below to hold everything in place.

I have read several different approaches to this job, some very complex, so just want to find out what is recommended from those with experience of installing this type of insulation.

Many thanks for any advice.
