Mauro Andreini
Hello everyone, I am constructing a 92 square meter timber frame building, the front part to be used as a garage / lab for small engineering projects, and the rear for my film editing studio. I have successfully completed and fitted most of my 74 rafters but have now come to the L shape portion where two gables will intercept at a slightly different ridge level. As this is my first experience in building, I am debating wether I should use the simpler system of lay-boards supported by the longitudinal rafters os if I should opt for the more interesting and challenging valley and jack rafters system thus also living some access to the even if small area. Any suggestion form more experienced pro is very appreciated. Many Thanks Regards to all Maz
