GSD Posted March 13, 2022 Share Posted March 13, 2022 Hi All, I am carrying out the sub division of an existing commercial unit (167 Sqm in total) into two units (takeaway & retail) and with the age of the property around 100 years old. Due to limited space in each unit - I am concerned that Accessible toilets would leave little space for the sub division….and was wondering what the Building Regulations criteria is to be able to qualify for Ambulant toilets instead please?
