Balcony drainage solution needed

Hoping someone can help with a rainwater drainage issue on a balcony and thought this may be the most suitable forum.

The balcony is a 200mm reinforced concrete slab which will have composite decking to finish. The sketch shows the balcony with new timber extension and pillar (P) to support. The (Os) show locations of 2x downpipes that pass through balcony from roof guttering into storm drains. At the moment the water just runs off the edge and not doing the concrete any good.

We don't really want guttering along the front and the low head height means we don't want anything hanging under the balcony. Ideal situation is to use the 2x downpipes and/or new pillar to drain surface water off. I have thought of using firings to create a fall but with the distances and directions I'm not sure it is achievable? There is also the issue the decking needs to be fixed level. We can allow around 100mm height off the concrete including the decking.

Any advice would be appreciated.
