sheikyerbouti Posted February 4, 2022 Share Posted February 4, 2022 Hi all, I have an annexe on my property which we gained PP to extend and separate as a new dwelling in 2016. We've finally got around to finishing the building work off after a slow start! Now we want to make it a separate property. I wondered if one of you knowledgable people could advise on the next steps? The lock in period on our mortgage on our main property is due in June and seems an ideal time to separate the land/annexe and just remortgage our main property. We've gone through building regs and all is signed off, what is the best plan of action from here?
