Regulations for taking coaxial aerial cables from roof to first floor

Hi

I'm a home owner and have bought a new build where the aerial cables are tied up in the loft. 

 

Can someone tell me what the regulations are for bringing they as a group down through the ceiling into the first floor? What solution do I need to ensure fire wall safety for example?

If the ceiling is a fire barrier you can bring them down through intumescent cable transits EG these: https://www.beele.com/application/cable-transits/ but this is probably overkill for most domestic applications unless there are special circumstances.
